Tina Grotzer's book Learning Causality in a Complex World: Understandings of Consequence is available here! It is written for teachers. We have heard from some teachers that they have found it to be helpful in teaching the Cause and Effect Strand of the Next Generation Science Standards Cross-Cutting Themes.
